• Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

• Debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX) checks and cash are accepted. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

• Perrysburg understands that there are unexpected expenses when a sudden illness strikes your pet. We would like to help you and make special arrangements through the CareCredit program.

This program will break down your payment into equal monthly installments. You can apply at our hospital and we'll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval. You can also apply online at www.CareCredit.com.
